Budget Management

We use decimal points.  When you work with MACI, we will start with understanding the event you’re envisioning and then go away and price out every detail of it.  We will present a summary but also the detail.  Often times, having an opportunity to delve into the cost detail of the event components helps the Host prioritize, add here, take away there, until the event vision and budget are in sync.  This process takes time, patience and experience.  Throughout the planning of an event, MACI will continue to adjust and report on the budget, enabling you to make informed decisions at every phase of your event.
