MACI Conventions has achieved critical success as a full-service event planning company. We specialize in organizing, conceptualizing and marketing a variety of events for both large- and small-scale corporate, social and private parties.

President and Senior Event Manager – Trish founded MACI Conventions in 1993 and has been the Lead Planner on all projects to date. Specialties include project management, supplier sourcing and negotiation, budget and finance management, meticulous data management, transfer and customized reporting that helps her clients both project and review their events’ outcome accurately.
JANE PHILIPS
BA, MA, CHRM
Staffing and Volunteer Management – An innovator in the event industry, Jane saw a niche for temporary staffing in the event world and created the first “Event Divisions” for three prominent, North American personnel agencies before moving into freelance work in a number of areas to which Jane can lend her flare for people management skills.

Office Morale & Lunch Theft – Buster is a Portuguese Water Dog (can’t speak but we’re sure he understands the language) with an accidentally modified tail who enjoys eating and … well, eating and sleeping on Alicia’s feet but takes his job as Office Morale Officer, very VERY seriously.
